On May 11th I visited and signed up with Curves, the ladies-only aerobics/strength-training circuit facility. I've been attending every day and feel way more than 100% better; my clothes are now slidey ... that is, they are loose. There are congenial people, very effective pieces of equipment, and exercise routines that let you work as hard as you want (and I work hard). Exercise was always a big part of my life and I belonged to one fitness club or another until four years ago. Now, I'm back at it and this is one of the smartest things I've done in a while. Keep exercising, keep moving, keep dancing! It's all good, good, good!
