I'm enthused about a few (well, more than a few) things! The new song I mentioned in an earlier post has been cast aside and outdone by one I wrote last weekend (that would have been the 6th and 7th of August). This song literally flew into my head, effortlessly, amazingly. It is different than anything I've done, in that it's inspirational (purely and genericly), is also bluesy (which I love), and gospely (I know I'm making up words ... I love to do that). It is those three things simultaneously. It is called Ode To Source. Its intro is captivating and the lyric lifts me up so very much. I'm practicing the arrangement every moment I can and plan to record it as soon as I can do it effortlessly (translation: without thinking).
Another good thing coming down the pike is the resurrection of my musical esoteric healing practice (which combines with other holistic facets). I'm looking forward to helping and lifting other people with music. When and after I was in school (Ph.D. in holistic health), one of my favorite courses of study was esoteric musical (and color) healing, which is based on vibration, the very basic energy that unites all people, all animals, all trees, all living things ... at a cellular level. Everything has a vibration, though the human ear only hears a relatively small segment of those vibrations. I did a whole lot of extra research on this topic, which fascinates me. Taking it farther, I've done the correlation of each music tone to color, chakras of the body, and even to cosmic (astrological) spheres. It's mathematics, folks. That's truly what it (music) is. Those intervals of tones harmonizing at various distances apart, or rubbing up against one another, or traveling in counterpoint ... I love them!
I'm going back into editing, too ... manuscripts, biographies, quarterly publications. I've always enjoyed the interviewing, writing, and editing.
Today's postal mail brought me a beautiful birthday (September 1st) card from my prison pen-pal (through Church of the Larger Fellowship's Prison Ministry). Dennis and I have been writing to each other for over three years now. He is a talented musician and wise philosopher. I know that I benefit every bit as much as he does from our "match" (which was coordinated by the ministry's chaplain). Oh, I want to add here that my beautiful Dixie Lee celebrated her 9th birthday on August 1st!
For those of you who read the Red Nail Polish post recently, it was a nice place to visit (and I will again), but I'm back "at home" with my silver pearl polish (the color of moonstones, my favorite gems).
OK ... winging it was fun to write. Blessings to one and all!

So glad you are finding new creative avenues, Clara. Also expanding on the understanding of their relationship to physics. Very excited for you! :)
